Personal Birth Preparation for you (and your partner)

Do you want preparation, but no Doula for your birth? Then you can also contact me! In four sessions before delivery, we will discuss the physiological birth process, pain management and interventions, your birth plan wishes, birthing positions and breathing methods. In the weeks after your birth, I will visit you again to discuss the birth, admire the baby and answer any questions you may have.
